I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at thyssenkrupp (Essen, North Rhine-Westphalia) in Aug 2019
Interview
Overseas phone interview btw I, HR and Manager each in a different country - very professional handling of the process. HR focused more on the behavioral side and the manager seemed to focus on the alignment between previous experiences and what would probably be expected for the position. Manager asked about experience in things not described in the CV which sounded a bit uncalled for - especially that this was an intern position with no pre-defined strict tasks. The other weird thing about it it was the fact that the interview ended in a very good tone, which I interpreted as a sign of "approval". Couple weeks later received a standard rejection e-mail.
