      Interview

The online process I felt was a bit long winded for 2022. There needs to be less steps. In a competitive market we should make it easier to apply for roles. The 3 step interview process was very good. First stage was with the talent manager who was really well prepared and they knew what type of person the line manager wanted They also made me feel good so I could demonstrate my skill set and suitability for the role. Stage two was a good relaxed atmosphere with the line manager and demand planning manager. Again I could relax and demonstrate my skill set . Stage 3 was two case studies with more competency questions.
