The recruitment process had 3 stages: a phone interview, a Teams interview with the district manager and store manager and a third in-person interview. The interviews were very professional, focused on relevant topics with clear and prompt communication.

The process was long, demanding multiple interviews during more than 4 months.
The salary is ridiculously low compared to the list of competences.
There’s absolutely no structure in the company, the recruiting manager was also the biggest store manager - Lego overcharges its middle range employees with extra job. They also recruit for a store with absent team, saying beforehand that upon arrival I would have to recruit an assistant manager and other sales associates.
When they asked my feedback about interview, the calling person didn’t actually want to listen it. Only company’s feedback matters.
