Very well structured and transparent three step process (all stages were managed virtually). I met with 6 colleagues in total during the process spanning different teams and functions. Initial rounds consisted of considered biographical, competency and leadership questions delivered in a clear and friendly way. Final round was a case study that was presented to a panel. Overall, I felt I was able to get a firm grasp of the company, the role and most importantly the culture. All interviewers were very open in sharing their personal experiences within the LEGO group, which was diverse and global in nature.
