Three sessions starting with an initial interview with HR to assess suitability for the role based on my application and also a chance for me to ask more about the role. A second interview which was a more of a functional connect with two of the hiring managers and experts and a deeper dive into the role and my abilities, this was conducted in a conversational way which made me feel relaxed and able to do my best to showcase my skillset. A final case study and interview which was structured and more formal with a wider group of interviewers and experts in the hiring field. This helped me demonstrate my suitability for the job and confirm in Q&A that I wanted the role. A very positive and well conducted process.
