The interview process involved multiple rounds started with a HR interview, technical round, case study with final interview with the BU head. It was an awesome journey which enabled to think deeper about the role, an action plan for the first few months of job. It gave me a very positive feeling and i felt LEGO office is a supportive environment to learn and do my best.

Email link to set up time, Friendly HR. Zoom call for initial screening. 1/2 hour screen. Response from HR was quick. Left the door open to continue to connect after rejection.
