My application process was such a positive experience! From the very first interview I felt like I got a strong sense of what The LEGO Group is all about and this is because of the warm, fun and engaging recruiters who make you feel heard and embody the company values. They provide such a brilliant first impression of the company and throughout the process you really feel like they are in your corner. Everyone I met from start to finish was helpful, responsive and clearly really liked their jobs - which is always a good sign! While the process felt relaxed, it still provided challenge and the opportunity to try and show / prove what you can do.
