Interview
First round interview was a screening call with a talent interview: general experience questions, technical skills checklist
Second round interview with the Director of the team and another colleague from the team. Mix of behavioral/experience/motivation questions, as well as more technical questions related to the role.
Final round was with the team's director and another senior colleague. I was sent 3 datasets and a list of questions 3 days before my interview. I was asked to model the data and create a report that answered the questions asked. The interview was 1.5 hours, with 1 hour discussing the modelling task, and a further 30 minutes for more behavioral/fit questions.
Professionally done, simple and mainly HR asking you about the interest, expectation and experience and why you want to join lego and motivation. Growth and culture fit check etc etc.
3 interviews in all. 1st was a screening by phone, second was online and third was in person in Billund. Overall good process, nice people. The process was a bit slow though.

The process was fast and smooth. It consisted of 4 steps including business case with HR, hiring manager and other manager. The company follow up quickly and efficiently informing you about each step. Very accommodating and flexible.
