Interview
Very slow, started in week 27 with a application and then the first screening mid June and the response was delayed a week. Then 1. interview again with delayed answer due to summer holidays. But after the final interview with case, it went fast and smooth.
I had an enjoyable interview process with swift decision making from relevant stakeholders. Experienced active engagement from HR. The case study was thematically relevant and help as candidate to get to know the position better. HR was always reachable and questions could be raised.

Where are our areas of interest in relation to the case study?
There were 4 stages, the first was an application, CV and cover letter. Then there were 3 interviews, the first with a HR employee, the second was with two employees in the additive manufacturing department, the third and final was with the same two employees and their manager. At every stage you were notified if you were through to the next stage.

There was a little bit of an 'around the table' introductions for everyone, then talking about more technical things in the second two interviews and in the first, it was more of Q&A talking regarding your CV
