Interview
There was an initial HR screen, then an interview with peers. One person on the panel was in transit and wasn’t fully present. I found that disrespectful, as HR sends the candidates tips for a virtual interview, including finding a quiet space. Seems that interviews could do with some training in cultivating a positive candidate experience.

How would you build relationships with different stakeholders?
Professionally done, simple and mainly HR asking you about the interest, expectation and experience and why you want to join lego and motivation. Growth and culture fit check etc etc.
3 interviews in all. 1st was a screening by phone, second was online and third was in person in Billund. Overall good process, nice people. The process was a bit slow though.

Interview
The process was fast and smooth. It consisted of 4 steps including business case with HR, hiring manager and other manager. The company follow up quickly and efficiently informing you about each step. Very accommodating and flexible.
