Interviews took place on Teams, and despite taking place remotely, I got the feeling that LEGO Group is a warm and caring employer and that I was really heard during the interview process. There was just the right amount of challenging situations combined with more casual and personal conversations.

Initial interview with Matthew Hart, then 2 nd stage with Tiffany Cairns-Allen & Gina Blanking followed by a third round which included a case studya presenting to Tiffany, Kuran & Rosie.
