I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at the LEGO Group (Copenhagen, Capital Region) in Nov 2021
Interview
Four-step process with rather vigorous screening and good diversity of tasks. Might sound verbose but it felt really reassuring that one could not just "waltz" into the front gates.
The onboarding collided with me having a traffic accident and a lot of surgery to follow, and they were overbearingly understanding about this, which was godsend.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at the LEGO Group (Copenhagen, Capital Region) in Feb 2025
Interview
Half an hour interview with a very nice recuiter (that was engineer previously, so we could go into deeper disscations).
Then technical interview where we discussed my background. Again nice people with positive attitude.
Then home task that I've been told should take no more than 8 hours :), tbh, I consider to quit the process :o
Then last interview is the toughest one, where I presented my presentation on the solution of the home task, and was being questioned about it.
All along the way all the people I met were very nice, with positive attitude.
