The interview process consisted on 3 phases.
First I had an interview with the recruiter to check on my previous experience and to get more job details
Second I had to prepare a project for the next phase and then presented it on the technical interview with the hiring manager and a member of the team. In this interview my technical skills were evaluated and I learnt a bit more about the team.
The third and final phase was an interview with the director of the department, the hiring manager and the recruiter and the focus was on my fit in the team and how I would deal with some situations.
After that interview the recruiter asked for 2/3 colleague to ask for references and 1 week later I got an offer.
