I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at the LEGO Group (Billund)

The process can take very long time, up to 3 months, so you have to be very patience.
Most of times, it's consists in several steps, like building tests, skype interviews, interview in loco, etc.
I had 3 teams meetings. At the last one I made a study case.
It was a bit long process but I had a really good guiding and support from the LEGO group.

Thorough 3 round interview. Starts with check with HR, second round is which designers who already do the job. Last interview mainly consist of presentation of given problem. It was lengthy but great experience after all.

An initial phone call from a recruiter to assess fit for the role and alignment with company ethos followed by a Zoom interview. The structure felt a bit clunky and I had to ask many questions to be told basic information regarding the framework of the recruitment process.
