I applied online via LEGO's career page. After ~2 weeks I received an email inviting me for a Skype interview with HR & a director from the organisation I was interviewing to. After the first round I had to complete a working style assessment and we scheduled a second Skype interview with the same HR & another director. After the second round I received an invitation for a face-to-face interview at the company HQ in Billund, Denmark (LEGO booked the flight & the hotel). The face-to-face interview was in fact mainly about discussing the offer, had a session with the company's internal relocation team & a short trip with a contracted relocation agency in one of the nearby cities.
Overall, the interview process was very active, the recruiter was communicating openly and proactively (what are the next steps, by when I'll receive feedback/answers - and they kept them!).
During the first Skype interview I was explained lots of details about the company & my potential-to-be-job and we also discussed my professional experience in details.
The second interview was mainly about discussing the work styles assessment results (which is actually a great experience if you're OK to reflect on your own self).
The face to face interview wasn't that much an interview, I'd rather call it a "face check" to confirm that the applicant really is who they perceived he to be. I also had the chance to ask quite a lot of questions and had all of them openly answered on the spot - everything felt very honest.
As I mentioned, the trip also included a discussion about relocation to Denmark & a field trip to a city nearby - LEGO is very serious about its international hires :)
The overall experience was very positive and after the first interview I was sure I wanted to get an offer - which luckily I did.
