They had about 40 people in a gymnasium at a local elementary school where we got called to a table and interviewed in a group. They take turn asking you typical questions in front of the group while everyone stares at you and carefully listens to your response to size you up. Questions included:
What kind of customer service experience do you have if any? Where did you work before? Tell us a time in which you dealt with a difficult customer. How did you handle it? What can you bring to swissport?
