I was reached out to by recruiting to ask if I’d be interested in a CSM role. I know how tough the market is these days so I accepted. Spoke with a recruiter, then a hiring manager, then two more people aligned with the team. Was advised I’d be contacted with next steps / final decision. Two weeks (ish) worth of contact. Mind you, I didn’t seek this role out, they contacted me. At that point, nobody in the organization felt it was worth their time to let me know the decision. Very unprofessional. I reached out twice after realizing I hadn’t been selected to at least get feedback…No response. I wouldn’t take an interview with them again.
