Very relaxed and informal. Team made me feel very at ease. There were a few customer based questions which you need previous experience for. They asked questions and sales pitch
Group interview with about 15 others taking place in store after hours. Had to answer one question in front of whole group, then work with a small group of people to describe the perfect employee then present this to everyone.

Group Interview at Schuh Frederick Street. Really inpersonal and if you didn't jump in first in the group then you didn't get to showcase your thoughts. It felt like when I left they barely knew my name never mind my experience and skills, would highly recommend passing on this employer as it was a very negative experience. The tasks were all group based and awkward, no opportuning to showcase skills.

Quick ice breaker, Introduced ourselves (hobbies etc). Got put into teams and were asked what is good customer service to us. Then we were tasked to create a superhero for great customer service.
