Disorganised and informal but was made redundant prior so needed to take the role. This was short and sweet as the directors had to leave the office to go and play golf. Quickly squeezed me in which didn’t feel professional

Interview
The interview Involved a discussion with two of the practice members; one of the directors and practice manager. We discussed my education and work experience, how I found them and the roles/skills gained. We reviewed and discussed my portfolio. After the interview, I was shown around the practice and spoke to some of the teams. Towards the end, I was asked to do a hand drawing test.
