They didn't check my CV, invited me to the interview, and during the first 3 minutes of the interview told me that I'm not meeting the requirements based on the reason which was included in my CV. Unprofessional and irresponsible.

Mi hanno contattata per un colloquio dopo una candidatura spontanea. Prima del colloquio ho sostenuto un test di logica. Una settimana dopo il primo colloquio mi hanno scritto chiedendomi un secondo incontro, dopo la mia risposta positiva sono completamente spariti!
