The process was really informative with great communication from the HR team at pladis. I was kept informed throughout the whole process and made to feel welcome. All of my questions were answered promptly and overall it was a great experience.

Question 1
I was asked on a number of occasions how I would tackle certain challenges, what my approach would be and why I would take the approach I did. I was asked my opinion a few times regarding specific current challenges, which I wasn't able to prepare for, but was allowed the time to think and formulate my answers.
