I was put through a total of 5 rounds (recruiter call, hiring manager interview, in person presentation, technical interview, call with CTO) only to have them give me one line of feedback citing 'team working and working style' as 'concerns' which is odd as they never saw me work in a team or otherwise. Later a similar role at the company appeared on a jobs board with a salary 10k less than what I would have earned.
Seems like a good place to work, but had I heard this experience from someone else I would not have applied for the role with them as asking someone to commit this much time and effort into a process to only give hardly even a sentence of feedback is poor treatment of candidates and is a massive red flag
