you are required to complete a roleplay scenario with the interviewer
you are also presented with an email and asked to reply to the email by stating what you would improve in regards to the contents of the email.

Interview
Fairly standard interview process, though very elongated. Initial interview with line manager based around work experience and competencies etc as you'd expect but than a further 3 more 'informal' interviews with various stakeholders and senior staff members all largely talking about similar things - team fit, a little experience, knowledge of Agile etc.

Interview
It was an initial telephone interview, with a face-to-face as a follow up if successful. The telephone interview went well and I made it through to the face-to-face stage. I was interviewed by the Hiring Manager and his Manager.
