1. A Question Paper Round (pen and paper test) that evaluates problem-solving and technical knowledge.
2. Technical Interview - 1, focusing on core subject knowledge and logical thinking.
3. Technical Interview - 2, assessing in-depth technical expertise, coding, and project understanding.
4. HR Interview, which evaluates communication skills, attitude, cultural fit, and career goals.
