The interview process started with a technical round followed by a techno managerial round. Got positive feedback in both the rounds and was asked to take a personality test in the end. And unbelievably, got rejected on the basis of this personality test. My concern here is, if you are ultimately going to judge a candidate on the basis of a "Personality Test", then this test should be conducted as a 1st round itself rather than wasting candidates time and hope. Also, I am not really sure how fair is rejecting a candidate on the basis of a "Personality Test" that too for a technical position...
