I was contacted for a short phone interview which lead to an interview online that was very easy to use. The app gave me questions and I recorded myself answering the questions. I was able to re-record as many times as I needed. This streamlined the process for the people team I believe and allowed me to relax since I was not face to face with anyone. I was contacted shortly after for an in person interview that started with a tour and concluded with a discussion about my background and projects I have worked on. It was a very welcoming environment and positive experience. Great facilities and starting off with a tour was a really nice first impression.
