I did not hear back about whether my application had moved forward or not, until the head of the organization reached out to schedule a Zoom call and learn more about me. He was obviously unimpressed with my experience and told me that I could either pick a different career route to build to the role of part time online facilitator, or else hope to get lucky with another organization or company.
