Interview
My impression was that they had good questions. They weren't just the typical questions about experience and tools and grit. They asked about the interviewee's process and how they stay informed about the latest trends. I am positive they got the right candidate because of how thoughtful the process was, even if it didn't end up being me.

Interview
The interviewer's really laid-back, which makes it easygoing. The questions are clear and to the point, keeping them professional. It's a chill vibe, and the whole setup feels accommodating.
They were on time as well.
