The process was challenging and thorough. It consisted of 5 rounds, with each round testing a different aspect of one's skills (experience, coding, decision-making, culture...).
All the people I met during the interviews were nice, and it seemed they were genuinely interested in learning about you.
The recruiter was super helpful and responsive. Despite there being 5 rounds, the process moved fast.

Interview
The process was one of the more efficient ones I've been through at this level. Everyone I met was genuinely engaged, not just going through the motions. The case study was a highlight for me. It was relevant and gave me a real sense of the work, rather than a generic exercise. If you're interviewing here, come prepared to think practically. The process felt collaborative rather than interrogative, which I appreciated.

Interview
Smooth process with great attention to detail. It's obvious that they really care about the people they hire, and this can be seen at every stage of the process. It felt like a conversation where both parties figured out if there was a match, which is unusual, but refreshing.
Multi-stage interview, with the usual expected stages: initial calls, hiring manager, take-home assignment, and leadership culture + team fit.
Great communication and clarity on the next steps and timeline.
