**Be Careful with MThree Consulting** In terms of the interview process it was relatively easy with a phone call which just was a “get to know you” conversation. Then it was a numerical test which was like all other ones I have done. Finally, a Skype interview 1 on 1 which had competency based questions. Now for the bad part! Throughout the process I was told I had to be available to start within a very short notice (3 days to be exact). Luckily my current job understood and allowed me to leave at short notice to pursue this opportunity. I was waiting for the training contracts to come through for a whole week I would email in and I would get a very unclear reasoning to why the delay has occurred, the “As soon as I have an update I will let you know” reply was used frequently. It was then 10 days since they told me I had the job and a week since the stated start date and I get a call..... “sorry our client has decided to not work with us therefore we cannot give you the job” MThree consulting never even finalised the programme before hiring me! I am now left jobless as I cannot return to my previous job and have left me in a awful situation with no income. I would recommend that you should not work for a company that would treat people with little disrespect and MThree consulting is one of those.
