I only made it to the preliminary stage of interviewing for this company. It was very straightforward. I applied online and within a day or two received an email requesting to set up a preliminary phone interview.
From there, I received a phone call to my phone at the time of the scheduled interview and we discussed all the standard preliminary interview topics.
During this, we both determined it wasn't a good fit since they are looking for an on-site or hybrid staff member and I had applied (from out of state) in part because the position description stated "We’re also able to offer full-time remote work for select positions, depending on the role and work requirement" which I had assumed applied to this role since it was included in the description.
