I applied online. I interviewed at miniMinds English Learning Centre
Interview
Had a few rounds. Simple testing - given worksheets to grade via email. Then asked to go into office to do mock prac and taught two different levels. Probably not necessary now due to pandemic.
Interview with the head of company. I completed my interview abroad, so it consisted of basic interview questions and a mock teaching where she had me introduce a few concepts of English and how I would approach it with a student. Interview was over in about 30 minutes

Interview
Interviewer spoke me through the process and was very polite and welcoming. She asked me about myself, classroom scenarios and to correct a students work. The interview was lenghtly but informative and looks like a good company to work at
