mce Systems interview questions

The 1st 30-minute interview (screening) was pleasant. However, the follow up interview was awkward. I was given an "assignment" a few days prior to the interview. The assignment said it would take 3-6 hours to complete. I was to complete a future software client roadmap and analyze a multi tabbed excel document. Given the time I put into the assignment, I was only allowed 20 minute to present the material. I never heard back from the company which seems disrespectful of my time given how much effort I put into the assignment and interview preparation. A simple email stating they were moving forward with a more qualified candidate would have seemed reasonable. Furthermore, the folks interview me were in Canada (assisting with the interview process) and had no idea what the pay range was for the US job.
