4 step interview process where you will be lied to about the level of support and training provided as well as promised 3rd party demos will be give. To you from day one. None of this will happen once you start employment and the founder will answer your request for this to be rectified by saying he is not to be challenged and then firing you… awful lies and awful company

Interview
I had about three over the phone interviews and came in for an in person. Management described their vision and where they wanted to take the company.
Asked me some technical questions on my background.
The process was more to get a comfort level with me and get a sense of what I brought to the table.
