Referred by a colleague,had few rounds with various management levels.Initial was on phone by the Senior VP,then it was by the CEO and finally got the offer.It was more of a friendly discussion more on my skills,how I can contribute and my career aspirations.As I was looking for flexibility I got the best offer here.
