Super crazy interview with 8 people on a Zoom call. I was expecting a more professional interview, but it was like a hot potato round of interviews. Honestly, what kind of process is that?

The company has a lot of different recruiters. Communication from recruiters can be a hit or a miss. I've experienced both.
The interview process can be very long. Up to 3 months in some cases.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at lululemon (Hong Kong)

More than 3 rounds of interview, including assignment. No further updates from the company and assignment review on the unsucessful application. Too many rounds of interview on only talking session.
