I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at lululemon in Mar 2013
Interview
I was invited to a group interview which was relatively informal. Everyone was dressed in workout apparel. A week later I was invited to a follow up interview. After several back and forth emails I was invited to a second and third 1-on-1 interview. These were both pretty laid back as well.
