I applied online. I interviewed at lululemon in Mar 2025
Interview
Applied for a newly opening pop up, so it initially took a few weeks to hear anything back. The first communication I received was from the ASM asking me to fill out an availability form. A few days after filling out the availability form given my application was selected I was invited to a group interview. The group interview took place at a local park and recreation area and there were about 20 of us total there to interview. All managers were present for the group interview and they asked us 2 questions, the total interview time was 1 hour. At the end of the interview they informed us they would be reaching out the next day about whether or not we would be getting a 2nd interview with the ASM 1:1. I received an email invitation to participate in the 1:1 interview where I was asked an additional 3 questions. The 1:1 interview only took about 30 minutes. Most questions that were asked were behavioral. Waited the weekend then received an offer the Monday after my interview.
