Interview went great, I was feeling very confident after my 2nd interview. However, the team dropped the salary by 20k after my interviews, and changed the position to a coordinator. My current salary is about $5k above the adjusted range, so I said I didnt want to take a decrease in salary... I then received a rejection and was told I was not qualified enough.
