I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at lululemon (London, England) in Jul 2024
Interview
I applied on the Lululemon website for a part-time Educator position, and after a few days, I was emailed with a link to book an online group interview. The interview lasted around 1 hour and there were 13 or so people. The interviewers asked questions that everyone had to take turns answering. After the interview, I was emailed almost immediately that I'd been successful and that the hiring manager would contact me for a second-stage interview. The hiring manager asked me for my availability over email, however, I was rejected for a second-stage interview after telling them I would only be available to work part-time. Even though I'd applied for a part-time position. They said that they didn't have any part-time positions available at the moment, (though their website showed open positions for part-time Educators). I was asked to wait and re-apply once more positions opened up.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at lululemon (London, England)
Interview
Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.
