I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at lululemon (Palo Alto, CA) in Aug 2012
Interview
group interview followed by a one on one and often included a "sweat date" where you would attend a local fitness group class along with up to 3 employees of the store and often more interviewees . The interviews are often fun and laid back. Their focus was typically on how you could contribute positively to their team and what attitude or ideas you would bring with you. Very team and community oriented.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at lululemon (London, England)
Interview
Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.
