I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at lululemon (Boston, MA) in Oct 2015
Interview
It was a group interview with seven other candidates at the Lululemon store. The second interview will be with the Assistant Manager and then the Manager. We went around and answered questions regarding why we wanted to work at the store. After the interview, we had to fill out availability forms. The interviewer informed us that we are required to blackout dates of December 15 - January 15th. If you are unable to work during those dates you will automatically be terminated.

Interview
Came in without many expectations. Was a group interview (5-6 others) over coffee that was paid for. Store manager, assistant manager and an employee interviewed us. One was keeping note, and two were asking us questions. You got volunteer to answer first, but eventually it just turned into going around in the order we sat.
