Standard interview stages with HR screen, team interview, and manager interview. Had to complete an assignment. Between interviews there were stretches of silence, knowing there is significant volume. After a span of three months from devoting store visits to prep for interviews, research, doing the assignment over a long weekend, they never got back to me after following up and got completely ghosted. Felt disappointed as they spoke to culture and people value and not providing a response countered their values

One phone screening for some basic information, then one written technical case, mine is for financial modeling. After that, you will have one HM interview. Probably have another panel interview.

Interview
Standard phone screen followed by completion of Excel case model that had to be completed within 24 hours. Phone screen consisted of going through your resume and talking about past work experiences. The business case was quite comprehensive and required 2 parts to submit: the Excel model and a short report outlining your thought process. It seemed like the person interviewing me didn't read my resume beforehand.

Call with recruiter then a video call with hiring managers, supported by the recruiter throughout. The second one was often with two managers at once. Asking about past experiences, skills. They are pretty quick to let you know whether you are moving on in the process.
