The first interview is a group interview. It's fairly laid back. If you have any lululemon clothing, wear it. After the group interview you should hear back within 2 weeks whether you got the second interview or not. Dress nicely for the second interview. FOR EVERY INTERVIEW YOU SHOULD ARRIVE 15 MINUTES EARLY.

Interview
Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.

Tell us about a time that you made someone feel included.
Expect 2 group interviews with 6-10 candidates per group. Be prepared to share specific stories regarding conflict resolution, receiving constructive feedback, your favorite coach/boss, your biggest accomplishment, etc. Come dressed to impress with your favorite lululemon outfit and be prepared to sell it!
