Very detailed process; they checked references and took a lot of care in making sure you were interested in the role, which felt like a lot for a retail position. But I also felt very aware of the culture I was going to be joining.
I would look for opportunities in organizations that prioritize knowledge-driven solutions and client impact, such as consulting firms, market research agencies, or strategy roles in dynamic and fast-paced environments. My focus would remain on leveraging my skills in research, expert engagement, and strategic planning to contribute meaningfully to business decisions and growth."
Very thorough interviews, group setting interviews, long process to go through. First you have a group interview and then two more additional interviews. They ask questions like "describe yourself in one song".
