Contacted by the store manager via email for a group interview that was conducted over Zoom. There was 4 people including myself and 2 key leaders leading the interview. The interview was done in a popcorn style, everyone answered questions on a first come first serve basis. Asked 3 questions in total and the rest of the interview was allocated for us to ask them questions. They said next steps involved you getting rejected, second interview with the store manager (1 on 1), or get an offer. Currently waiting to hear back from them.

What is a good guest experience and what is bad? Describe a time you had to work closely with a person who was challenging to work with. What was challenging? How did you address the situation? Tell me about a time when an activity you chose to participate in was not very fun or as engaging as you anticipated. How did you handle completing that activity? Did you do anything to make completing the work more fun? If so, what?

Group meeting was first, and just classic interview questions like "what would you do in this situation." You had time to answer and think about your answer. After you get passed that it is a phone interview which is mostly just chatting about the job and if you have all the qualifications they need. Hardest part is just getting interview

There were two rounds. First one was a group interview where we sat around tables and took turns answering questions. Very laid back style and friendly interviewers. Shortly after I was called in for a 1 on 1 interview with a manager.
