I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at lululemon (Niagara Falls, ON) in Jun 2015
Interview
The first step was a group interview with 16 people were you all sat on a floor in a yoga studio and two leaders asked interview questions like :
- what's your fav donut
-fav way to sweat
-biggest accomplishment / proud of
-what Disney character would u be
And goal setting questions. ( I wore all lulu lemon like everyone else. I wore groove pants , white power y and white herringbone define jacket )
Then it was done and they emailed me few days later asking me to go for a second interview this time 1:1 with a manager.
For second interview it was at the store, I wore formal interview clothing ( blazer, dress pants etc) and it was extremely casual we sat out on benches outside the store and she had a note pad with questions on it. She asked me:
- fav way to sweat
- what my family life was like growing up
- sports teams I was on ?
-what excited about this year
-what proud of this year
-what your 5 year goals was
-what can u bring to lulu lemon
It was only 10 min long !! And that' was it she said I would hear back in a few days. The interview was yesterday. Overall very relaxing interview process.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at lululemon (London, England)
Interview
Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.
