I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at lululemon in Apr 2015
Interview
I applied online, & received a call 2 weeks later to come in 2 days later for a group interview. There were about 12 people at the group interview, & they told us they had been holding them for the past 2 weeks - quite the opening statement! Just like other's reviews say, we sat on yoga mats & it was very relaxed. I would recommend showing up quite early to get to know the other applicants outside prior to going in! Since there were so many of us and we only had an hour, I felt like it was hard to make an impression, but just be yourself & you will shine through! I wore mostly lululemon clothing, some others did too, a few people wore more dressy clothing, and some wore jeans/converse.. I got an email about a week later asking me to come into the store for a 1:1. This was even more relaxed than the group interview, very few questions were actually asked about myself, it felt more like a conversation with a friend. We laughed, talked, and it lasted only about 15-20 minutes. Another worker came over & joined in on the conversation as well. I was emailed three days later offering me a position, which I accepted. Don't panic if they don't let you know by when they say they will - it was often a few days later that I heard from them!

Interview
Came in without many expectations. Was a group interview (5-6 others) over coffee that was paid for. Store manager, assistant manager and an employee interviewed us. One was keeping note, and two were asking us questions. You got volunteer to answer first, but eventually it just turned into going around in the order we sat.
