Interview
The first interview is a group interview, with a "jump in when you want to say something" format. It was very clear from the start that several candidates were friends with the interviewers, and immediately apparent who would be getting a second interview. You have to be a pushy person who doesn't mind interrupting others in order to do well in the group interview.
Group interview then solo interview. They wanted to see what you’re like in a group. The group interview was with a key leader. The solo interview was with the store manager.

Recruiter phase then a manager interview. Fairly generic process. It was implied I’d get a third interview but then I didn’t hear back until I followed up and heard they went a different way.

Interview
Easy and quick. I only interviewed with two people in one round. The interview was held in the store. Offer was sent after first interview. I declined due to hours needed over holidays.
