Interview
Sat in a circle; it was a group interview. If you are an introvert, you gotta bring that extrovert of you out. A bit....... culty?
There was also a second part which was an individual, personal interview.
Overall the experience was great and unique. We also all did a group yoga session, but this was so get a better gage of your personality. Don't be shy.
Group interview then solo interview. They wanted to see what you’re like in a group. The group interview was with a key leader. The solo interview was with the store manager.

Recruiter phase then a manager interview. Fairly generic process. It was implied I’d get a third interview but then I didn’t hear back until I followed up and heard they went a different way.

Easy and quick. I only interviewed with two people in one round. The interview was held in the store. Offer was sent after first interview. I declined due to hours needed over holidays.
